Recently I have been developing some knitted foxes. I wanted to create some more knitted animals to go alongside my stripy rabbits.

I searched for just the right wool for this project for some time. I found what I wanted at a great little wool shop “Knit One”, while I was on holiday in Wales last Summer. The wool I am using is Rowan felted tweed in foxy colours. I considered making stripy foxes from an aran wool, like my rabbits, but decided I wanted a different finish to the foxes.
