On dreary Wintery days baking is just the therapy I need.
I don’t have to think too much, just enjoy the process and the warmth of the kitchen.
And then eat the results.
Nobody not even the cat really wants to go outside.
Sometimes though a brisk walk is what you need to blow away the cobwebs.
The local churchyard is a good quiet place to go.
