I have felt decidedly grotty today so I’ve spent most of the day in bed.

This was the view from my bedroom window out onto a misty day.

I’ve been mainly reading books….

….looking through magazines….

….and blogs…

….and sleeping.

I did get up briefly to sample and share some of the chocolates I made yesterday.

I’m planning on making some of these as christmas presents and thought I would experiment with different flavours….Cranberry and marzipan….

….sea salt and mixed nuts….

….and mixed chocolate toppings.

When reading A Beautiful Mess blog today and I came across a post about the inspirational chocolate makers Askinosie, also reading Coast magazine a recommendation for the Seed and Bean Corninsh Sea Salt bar. Sometimes I dream of being a chocolate maker….
