I’ve been experimenting with knitting stripes. While on my seaside holiday I was nautically inspired and started some blue and white striped knitting that will probably turn into a patchwork cushion cover. I have also been mixing yarns and colours and I think these pieces will become little animals or creatures. I’ll mix the knitted pieces with fabric and sewn details.

I am also totally loving Knit Graffiti at the moment and think it would be a great way to brighten things up in this dreary Autumn weather….perhaps a few lamp posts down my street could do with a make-over and I can think of quite a few places that would look better with some stiches!
